Lee Chai’ah Batterman is the author of Two Cents and a Milk Bottle, a Middle Grade Young Adult (YA) book. Although her current book, Upside-Down and Backward is the sequel to Two Cents and a Milk Bottle, it is also a stand-alone book. She began her studies in creative writing at Portland State University, Cannon Beach Creative Writing Course, and continued at Palm Beach Community College.
Lee Batterman also studied art at Brooklyn College and Artist in America School under the auspices of renowned prominent artists. Her contemporary paintings have appeared in exhibits from New England to Florida and in private collections throughout the United States.

A native New Yorker, Lee Chai’ah Batterman currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
